DMCA & copyright takedown policy
AlkoCert is an independent practice platform. All practice questions are original material authored by our Microsoft Certified Trainer team from publicly available Microsoft Learn documentation and professional experience — we do not use, host, or distribute real Microsoft exam questions or verbatim third-party content. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, please let us know using the process below.
1. Reporting a copyright concern
To submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or an equivalent request under applicable law, email alkocert@telelogic.gr with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include:
- Your full legal name, postal address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
- The exact URL(s) on AlkoCert where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Reporting a trademark concern
For trademark concerns — including any concern about how Microsoft, Microsoft Learn, Azure, or related marks are referenced on the site — email the same address with the subject line "Trademark Notice" and identify the mark, the affected URL(s), and your relationship to the rights holder. We use third-party names nominatively only and do not use Microsoft logos or certification badges.
3. How we respond
We review complete notices promptly. If the report is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected content owner internally. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice by email with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice" that includes your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your physical or electronic signature.
5. Misuse of this process
Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law, including Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
