1. Who we are

AlkoCert is operated by Telelogic Unified Communications, L. Kifissias 44, 15125 Athens, Greece. Contact: alkocert@telelogic.gr.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to run the service:

• Account data: email address, optional display name, and avatar.
• Usage data: practice attempts, answers, flagged questions, access entitlements, and consent timestamps.
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, and session information used for security and diagnostics.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate you and send magic-link or one-time-code sign-in emails.
• Track your practice progress and generate performance analytics.
• Deliver important service updates and billing communications.
• Maintain platform security and prevent abuse.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you (account access and practice services), our legitimate interest in platform security, and your consent where required (for example, marketing emails, if any).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (authentication, email delivery, payment processing) strictly necessary to operate AlkoCert, and only under appropriate data-processing safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your profile settings or by emailing alkocert@telelogic.gr. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

We keep account and practice data while your account is active. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.

8. Cookies and analytics

AlkoCert uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
