Refund policy

1. Free preview
Every account can activate a one-day free preview to evaluate AlkoCert before paying. The preview provides full catalogue access for 24 hours from activation. Only one free preview is allowed per account. No credit card is required.
2. Subscription plans
Monthly and Six Months plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not prorate refunds for partial months already used.
3. Lifetime plan
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. If you did not access the platform after checkout, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing alkocert@telelogic.gr. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Exceptions
We do not refund subscription fees for periods during which you actively used the platform, or for Lifetime plans where content was accessed after purchase. Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension.
5. How to request a refund
Email alkocert@telelogic.gr with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Consumer rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.
