1. About AlkoCert
AlkoCert is an independent practice platform for Microsoft certification preparation, operated by Telelogic Unified Communications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. All practice content is original material authored by Microsoft Certified Trainers from publicly available Microsoft Learn documentation — never exam dumps or replicas of live questions.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use AlkoCert for your own personal study and certification preparation. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to practice content. Sharing accounts or systematically extracting questions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
3. Accounts and access
Access is passwordless: sign in with a one-time code or magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or unusual usage patterns.
4. Plans and billing
AlkoCert offers a one-day free preview, Monthly, Six Months, and Lifetime plans. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include applicable VAT where collected through our payment provider. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Monthly and Six Months plans can be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 14 days provided you have not accessed the platform after checkout. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. See our Refund policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
All practice questions, explanations, and platform content are owned by Telelogic Unified Communications and protected by copyright. Your purchase or subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for study purposes.
7. Disclaimers
Practice benchmarks and scores are provided for study guidance only and are not official Microsoft passing scores. We do not guarantee exam success. Always consult the official Microsoft certification page before scheduling an exam.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AlkoCert after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. For disputes, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
